Yes, the program is designed to be suitable for all levels, especially for beginners and intermediate level women. The pace is carefully measured to avoid overwork, injury and to achieve results.
Trainings are planned for 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. I know it sounds like a lot, but the whole challenge is designed to have a good balance of activities, different types and intensities of training, and recovery. The goal is to stay consistent and satisfied, not to exhaust yourself the first week.
All workouts are performed without any equipment and are fully adapted to home workouts. All you need is a flat surface, any mat, and a mobile/TV/PC to display YouTube videos.
Yes, with the challenge you also get a free diet plan for different body weights. This is not a personalized eating plan that pays attention to allergens, favorite foods, nutrient deficiencies, and the like. Therefore, you take the diet plan entirely at your own risk. Through the newsletter you will also receive additional nutritional and fitness tips that will help you achieve results more easily.
Nothing terrible. Just keep moving on the next day. Rest is not a bad thing, but interrupting the program for the sake of one missed day is not something I advise. What matters is overall consistency throughout the month, not perfection. This is how results are achieved.
You can expect a tighter body, muscle mass around the feminine parts, more energy, and fat loss if you're regular. The results, of course, will also depend on your consistency and how sincerely you stick to a weight loss diet plan. 30 days is not a long period and do not expect something that more serious exercisers achieve after a year. BUT, you can certainly expect results especially if you continue the activity even after the end of the program.
No, the program is designed so that 5 workouts per week are effective, but also sustainable. Of course, there will be inflammation of the muscles, which should not be feared. But, the program includes a good balance between more active days, targeted training and recovery with mobility and stretching exercises. The first and third weeks of training are intended to be lighter, while the second and fourth weeks will hold for a shade a stronger pace of training. Of course, if you feel pressured at some point, you can always skip the higher intensity training and replace it with daily steps, walking, light jogging, stretching and the like.
The program is most focused on the buttocks, legs, abdomen and arms. The goal is to shape a feminine figure, strengthen the body and support fat loss.
The program includes Pilates, booty workouts, core workouts, HIIT workouts and days for mobility or stretching. Everything is stacked so that you get a good combination of body shaping, strengthening and calorie expenditure.
