Working with a personal trainer, how fast can I expect results?

Your results depend on your goals, starting point, and effort outside of training. If you follow the workout and nutrition recommendations, you’ll notice changes in a few weeks. Visible physical changes usually happen within 8 to 12 weeks.Everyone’s different—genetics, discipline, and consistency all play a role. The key? Stick with it. Avoid overtraining, train smart on your own, and listen to expert advice. Skip the starvation diets and don’t fall for TikTok “experts” who sell false promises and kill motivation in the long run.

Is your training plan beginner-frinedly?

Absolutely! The workouts are designed to match your current fitness level and experience. If you're a beginner, training will be safe, gradually challenging, and focused on proper technique and building a strong foundation.Most clients I’ve worked with started as beginners looking for guidance. The goal is to make you feel comfortable, motivated, and progressing at your own pace—without pressure, but with real results.

What types of training do you offer?

Training sessions are tailored to your goals and preferences. Through my experience in fitness and rehabilitation centers, I have offered training for toning, weight loss, Pilates, strength building, muscle gain, and rehabilitation. Every training type comes with careful guidance and a personalized approach to help you achieve the best results, no matter where you're starting from.

What if I cancel or skip a training session?

I understand that unexpected situations happen. If you cancel a 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 session at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule without any issues. For last-minute cancellations or missed sessions, the agreed-upon cancellation policy will apply. In cases of extended absences, such as illness or pre-planned travel, multiple 1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled, and payment dates adjusted to ensure you don’t lose any sessions. This policy does not apply to the 'friends package' (3-on-1 and 4-on-1), as other participants can continue with the scheduled sessions. My goal is to offer flexibility while keeping the agreed training schedule on track.

How do you measure progress during training process?

We measure progress in several ways—from physical changes like increased muscle tone and reduced body fat to improvements in strength, endurance, and mobility. Simple strength tests, body weight tracking, and BMI measurements using a Tanita scale help monitor results, along with tracking reps and weight increases in exercises. If you prefer, we can also use progress photos or waist measurements, setting specific check-in periods to ensure accurate tracking without the common manipulations seen in the fitness industry.

Can I train if I have a busy schedule?

Of course! Training can be adjusted to your schedule, whether you have time in the morning, during the day, or after work. If you can’t make it to the gym, I can send you video instructions so you can do the session at home. Even with shorter workouts, you can achieve great results with the right approach. We’ll find a rhythm that fits your lifestyle and goals because consistency matters more than workout length.

Do I need to change my diet when starting with training?

Nutrition is a key part of reaching your goals, especially for weight loss or muscle gain, where adjusting calorie intake is essential. This often means changing macronutrient consumption, like reducing frequent fast food intake or so-called 'empty calories. 'Big changes aren’t necessary—or even recommended—but adapting your diet often has a bigger impact on results than training alone. Many people overestimate how much they need to change—no, you don’t have to cut out treats or only eat chicken breast forever.With smart, practical advice and a meal plan that supports your training, you can enjoy food while improving your health and physique. The key is feeling good and making changes that fit your lifestyle in a sustainable way.

What's included in the friendly package (Training 2 on 1, 3 on 1, 4 on 1)?

Friendship packages are designed as a more affordable option for shared training sessions at a reduced price. While individual meal plans, Tanita scale measurements, and physiotherapist assessments are not included, each person receives a general meal plan tailored to their body type. The 'friendly package' means that participants train together in live sessions, never separately. This is a great choice for those who want to work out together, stay motivated, and still receive tailored support for their goals.

What are the prices for personal training sessions?

Personal training prices vary globally depending on location, trainer experience, and included services. On average, individual training sessions can range from $20 to $60 per hour in Croatia, $50 to $100 in the UK, and $60 to $150 in the US.
Many trainers offer packages with multiple sessions at a discounted rate.Currently, my standard 1-on-1 package is available at a price of $140 and includes three personal training sessions per week. For those who prefer training with a partner or in small groups, the 'Friendly Package' can go down to just $80 per person, making it a more budget-friendly option while still providing personalized support.
Prices also vary based on additional services like meal planning (included for free in my package), extra consultations, or access to specialized equipment. The best approach is to compare options and choose a trainer whose expertise and services align with your goals and budget.

Are meal plans or additional services included in the price?

The price includes a free meal plan tailored to your goals, nutrition counseling, as well as a discount or free Tanita body composition analysis and a discount or free physiotherapist assessment, depending on the selected package. Please note that the monthly membership fee at Arena Sport Center is not included in the training price.

Do I have to pay in advance, or can I pay per session?

Payment is made at the start of the training program, but it's also possible to pay per session at a rate of $17 per session. This flexibility allows you to adjust based on your schedule and preferences. If you're not satisfied with personal training or the approach within the first month, you can request a refund.

What if I miss multiple sessions in a month?

If you miss several sessions due to illness, travel, or other valid reasons, you can request a rescheduling option to complete all 12 sessions included in the monthly plan. The key is open communication to ensure you keep progressing without stress.

Do you offer a trial consultation or free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free trial consultation to get to know each other, discuss your goals and expectations, and find the best approach for your needs. This is an opportunity to ask any questions and learn more about the training process before we start working together.
