For last-minute cancellations or missed sessions, the agreed-upon cancellation policy will apply. In cases of extended absences, such as illness or pre-planned travel, multiple 1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled, and payment dates adjusted to ensure you don’t lose any sessions. This policy does not apply to the 'friends package' (3-on-1 and 4-on-1), as other participants can continue with the scheduled sessions. My goal is to offer flexibility while keeping the agreed training schedule on track.
