After an initial video call and ongoing communication via WhatsApp, I create a personalized workout and nutrition plan that fits your needs. You can train wherever works best for you—at home (with or without equipment), in the gym, or outdoors. The flexibility lets you fit workouts into even the busiest schedule. We stay in regular contact so I can track your progress and adjust the plan as needed.

Is online training as effective as gym training?

Absolutely! Online training can be just as effective — as long as you follow the plan and stay consistent. Every workout is tailored to your goals, space, and available equipment, so online training can easily be a gym workout too. I provide clear instructions and regular feedback to ensure proper form and help you get the most out of every session.

What’s included in online personal training?

The service includes a fully customized workout plan and expert guidance tailored to your goals. We track your progress through regular check-ins and adjust the plan to keep you moving forward. You’ll also get video instructions for exercises, along with ongoing support and motivation.

What’s the minimum commitment period?

The minimum commitment is one month — enough time to take the first steps toward your goals. During this period, we assess your abilities, understand your needs, and set a clear strategy for progress. After the first month, you can decide whether to continue or adjust the plan to keep improving and enjoying your workouts.

How do you track progress during training?

We track progress in multiple ways — from physical changes like increased muscle tone and fat loss to improvements in strength, endurance, and mobility. Simple strength tests, body weight and BMI tracking with a Tanita scale, and monitoring reps and weights used in exercises help measure progress. If you’re open to it, we can also use progress photos or waist measurements, setting clear check-in points to ensure accurate tracking — without the usual fitness industry gimmicks.

Will my plan be customized to my goals and health condition?

Absolutely! Every plan I create is fully tailored to your goals, current fitness level, and health condition. Before we start, we’ll have a detailed conversation about your needs, abilities, and any potential limitations. My goal is to design a plan that helps you progress safely and effectively while considering all important aspects of your health.

What if I don’t have much equipment at home?

No problem at all! Your training plan will be adapted to whatever equipment you have. In many cases, all you need for an effective workout is your body and a few basics like a mat or a chair. If you’d like, I can recommend affordable and practical equipment, but we can achieve great results without it. All that matters is your commitment and a little space to move!

How soon can I expect results?

Results depend on your goals, starting fitness level, and consistency. You’ll likely notice improvements in energy and endurance within a few weeks. Visible changes, like fat loss or muscle gain, usually take a few months of steady effort. The key is patience and consistency.

How do you keep track of the progress?

I track progress through regular check-ins, including measurements, photos, and your feedback on how you feel during workouts. I also analyze your performance based on set goals—whether it’s building strength, increasing endurance, or losing weight. All this helps me fine-tune your plan so you keep progressing.

Are meal plans or additional services included in the price?

A free meal plan is included only with the package that includes five training sessions per week. For other options (three or four sessions per week), meal plans are available at a 30% or 50% discount. Depending on the package you choose, video materials and additional educational PDFs are also included.

Do I need to pay upfront, or can I pay per session?

Payment is made at the start of the program, and online personal training cannot be paid for per session. However, if you're not satisfied with the training or approach within the first month, you can request a refund.
