The minimum commitment is one month — enough time to take the first steps toward your goals. During this period, we assess your abilities, understand your needs, and set a clear strategy for progress. After the first month, you can decide whether to continue or adjust the plan to keep improving and enjoying your workouts.
We track progress in multiple ways — from physical changes like increased muscle tone and fat loss to improvements in strength, endurance, and mobility. Simple strength tests, body weight and BMI tracking with a Tanita scale, and monitoring reps and weights used in exercises help measure progress. If you’re open to it, we can also use progress photos or waist measurements, setting clear check-in points to ensure accurate tracking — without the usual fitness industry gimmicks.

No problem at all! Your training plan will be adapted to whatever equipment you have. In many cases, all you need for an effective workout is your body and a few basics like a mat or a chair. If you’d like, I can recommend affordable and practical equipment, but we can achieve great results without it. All that matters is your commitment and a little space to move!
Results depend on your goals, starting fitness level, and consistency. You’ll likely notice improvements in energy and endurance within a few weeks. Visible changes, like fat loss or muscle gain, usually take a few months of steady effort. The key is patience and consistency.
I track progress through regular check-ins, including measurements, photos, and your feedback on how you feel during workouts. I also analyze your performance based on set goals—whether it’s building strength, increasing endurance, or losing weight. All this helps me fine-tune your plan so you keep progressing.
A free meal plan is included only with the package that includes five training sessions per week. For other options (three or four sessions per week), meal plans are available at a 30% or 50% discount. Depending on the package you choose, video materials and additional educational PDFs are also included.
Payment is made at the start of the program, and online personal training cannot be paid for per session. However, if you're not satisfied with the training or approach within the first month, you can request a refund.
