How do you fit a diet plan to my personal needs?

Before creating the basic, most popular plan, we start with a conversation about your goals. We do a short dietary analysis, discuss your eating habits, and consider any health conditions.
Your preferences matter—whether it’s foods you love or want to avoid, your lifestyle, or daily schedule. If you have specific needs, like a vegan diet or extra guidance for training, we include that too.
All this information helps me create a plan that fits you perfectly — one that’s easy to follow and works for your life.

Do I need to get blood tests done before receiving my meal plan?

It's not required, but it is recommended. You can get basic blood tests done on your own if you have health concerns or want more precise guidance.
Alternatively, you can choose the Full Nutri Package, which includes all the necessary tests. Your results help me better understand your health and create a plan that truly supports your well-being.
If you already have test results, feel free to share them so we can factor them in. Either way, your meal plan will be tailored to your current condition and goals.

Is the meal plan customized to my health conditions (e.g., diabetes, intolerances, allergies)?

Yes, every meal plan is fully customized to your health conditions, including intolerances, allergies, or chronic conditions like diabetes. Based on the information you provide, the plan will be designed to support your health and make daily eating easier. The goal is to keep you safe, satisfied, and on track to reach your goals without any complications.

How long does it take to receive my meal plan after requesting it?

Once I have all the necessary information, you can typically expect your meal plan within 3-5 business days. If you have additional requests or I need more details, I’ll let you know to ensure everything is done properly.
I strive to provide a fast, detailed, and high-quality process, but during holidays, peak fitness seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. If that happens, you’ll be informed in advance.

Can the meal plan include foods I love or avoid?

Of course! Your meal plan is always tailored to your food preferences. I include foods you enjoy to make it easier to follow and sustainable in the long run. If there are foods you don’t like or want to avoid, they won’t be part of the plan. My goal is to create a meal plan that’s enjoyable, practical, and effective for you.

Do you create meal plans for specific goals, like weight loss, muscle gain, or improving health?

Yes! I tailor each meal plan to your specific goal—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health. Your plan will include the right calories, macronutrients, and food choices to support your progress.

Can I get a meal plan if I follow a vegan or vegetarian diet?

Absolutely! I offer meal plans tailored for both vegan and vegetarian diets.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the plan?

Refunds aren’t available, but if you're not happy with the initial version of your diet plan, we'll make adjustments based on your feedback. Any items that don’t work for you can be modified to better fit your needs and expectations. This way, ultimately, every diet plan will reach a point of your satisfaction.

Do I need to pay upfront, or can I pay per session?

Payment is made at the start of our work together, but you can also pay per session at a rate of 30 KM per session. This flexibility allows you to adjust based on your schedule and preferences. If you're not satisfied with the personal training or approach within the first month, you can request a refund.

How soon can I expect results with the meal plan?

Results depend on your goals, current condition, and how consistently you follow the plan. Some people notice changes within two weeks, while others need more time. Patience is key—staying in the right calorie deficit or surplus and setting realistic expectations will help you see progress.

Should I somehow track or monitor calories or macronutrients?

It's up to you. If you enjoy tracking calories and macros, it can be a useful tool. However, my meal plan is designed to be easy to follow without counting—just stick to the guidelines, and you'll stay on track.

Do you send meal plans online?

The Full Nutri Package requires you to be in Mostar for full implementation. However, it can be adapted by providing detailed instructions on which tests to get done at your location. The basic meal plan package and group option can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and are available in Croatian or English.
